Enlisted in U.S.Marine Corps in July 1950 and served until 1954.Honorable discharge at rank of Sergeant.

Later Education-Traffic Managers Institute; University of Delaware

Served 16 years as Little League Manager & Coach

Served  6 years on P.J. Lions Vol.Ambulance

38 year member of P.J.Fire Dept.,Neversink Engine Co.No.1

Served P.J.Common Council 1995-2001.
Served on all committees.Reelected to
council in 2002 and served until 2004.

41 year Member of P.J.Elks B.P.O.E #645; Life member of P.J. VFW Naval Ship 7241 and member  PJ American Legion.Member Marine Corps League,Milford,Pa.Member
of Port Jervis Country Club.

Married to my wife Linda for 41 years and reside at 5 Kingston Avenue,Port Jervis.

Retired from V.A.W. of America,Inc. in 1997 where I was General Traffic Manager for 15 years.I was retained as a Consultant until the end of 2002. 40 years of management and money management experience.

Served on committee for the building of West End Memorial Park and collected $4,650 to help buy benches for park.

Saved the City of Port Jervis over $320,000 in energy costs since 1997 and
savings are still ongoing .

Dependable,consistent representation in the 2nd Ward for fourteen years and missed only three meetings.
THANK YOU TO ALL THOSE WHO TRUSTED ME WITH THEIR VOTE DURING THE LAST 7 ELECTIONS.
                  THIS WILL BE MY LAST TERM IN OFFICE.IT IS TIME TO RETIRE.      
     I have always worked toward an affordable City Government and a government for and by the citizens of this
     City.I care about the people of this City and the City itself.I have lived in this City since 1931 and I have raised my
     family here.My wife and I are fortunate enough to have all of our family still together in the area yet today.

     This will be my last term in office. I will be 80 years old at the time of the next election.It is time to retire. I have
     worked hard to save the  taxpayers money and also to improve the quality of life by working with the Building
     Inspector and the Police Chief to remedy bad properties and buldings  in our City .
Elected to Port Jervis Common Council in
November 2005 to serve 2006-2007. Reelected in 2007 for 2008-2009 & 2009-2010. Reelected in 2009 for 2010-2011.
Member of Upper Delaware Preservation Coalition fight against NYRI
Also working with CARI;Upstate Citizens
Alliance;Say No to NYRI;and Stop NYRI to stop the power lines.
